Yamato Alloy NC25・50 Alloy

Achieves extremely high mechanical strength and excellent heat resistance that surpasses high beryllium copper.

NC alloy is a newly developed material based on Corson alloy, designed as a beryllium copper alternative that does not contain beryllium, which is one of the specified first-class designated chemical substances. By balancing the main additive elements, Ni and Si, according to the intended purpose, the amount of Ni2Si is optimized. Additionally, by adding Cr and Sn, the precipitation strength is enhanced, resulting in high heat resistance along with excellent mechanical and physical properties.

Hard face alloy "Colmonoy"

Introducing an alloy that ensures a definite increase in productivity, excelling in both wear resistance and durability.

"Colmonoy" is an extremely excellent nickel-based hard-facing alloy developed by the Wall Colmonoy Company in the United States in 1937. By adding boron and silicon to the corrosion-resistant Ni-Cr alloy, wear resistance is improved through the dispersion of hard borides and carbides. The dispersion of chromium boride is particularly notable, resulting in exceptionally high wear resistance. Gas welding of this high-hardness product requires advanced skills. Our company employs skilled workers to carry out the process under optimal temperature control. [Features] - Excellent wear resistance and durability - Improved wear resistance through the dispersion of hard borides and carbides - Extends the service life of various equipment parts - Applied through gas welding - Conducted by skilled workers under optimal temperature control *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Ultimate Invar Alloy "IC-DX"

Zero expansion - does not undergo structural transformation up to -269°C! The Young's modulus is 1.5 times that of commercial products!

"IC-DX" is a low thermal expansion alloy based on Fe-Co-Cr. Since it does not contain Ni, which raises the Ms point, it can achieve both zero thermal expansion and low-temperature structural stability, making it suitable for use in low-temperature environments. This material is being evaluated for use as a pad material for bonding 200mm square fused quartz (aspheric mirrors). Thermal expansion at the operating temperature of 77K (liquid nitrogen) and during alignment adjustments from room temperature to 77K is important. 【Features】 ■ Zero expansion, ultra-low temperature stability, high rigidity, corrosion resistance ■ Coefficient of thermal expansion: 0 ppm/℃ ■ Lower limit temperature for low-temperature use: minus 269℃ ■ Young's modulus: 176 GPa ■ Corrosion resistance equivalent to SUS304 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Super austenitic stainless steel alloy "SANICRO 35"

We fill the gap where general-purpose stainless steel doesn't hold up and nickel-based alloys are too costly. Pitting resistance index PRE 52!

Our company has developed a new super austenitic stainless steel alloy called 'SANICRO 35'. The target area for SANICRO 35 is to fill the gap where general-purpose stainless steels are not sufficiently effective and where expensive nickel alloys do not provide cost-effectiveness. With a moderate nickel content, it has very high pitting resistance, surpassing that of conventional 6Mo steel grades. Depending on the environment, it can also replace nickel-based alloys such as Alloy 825 and Alloy 625. It possesses excellent corrosion resistance for use in high chloride applications and other highly corrosive environments. 【Features】 ■ Designed for use in harsh corrosive environments ■ Exhibits very high performance in terms of strength and corrosion across a wide range of usage conditions ■ Does not require preheating or post-weld heat treatment ■ Minimizes the occurrence of intermetallic compound phases and precipitates due to heat ■ Excellent formability allows for cold bending and narrow bending radii When designing equipment such as heat exchangers, please consider SANICRO 35, which can minimize risks and extend lifetime. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Colson alloy

The thermal conductivity is about 6 to 7 times that of iron! It allows for efficient heating and cooling, enabling an increase in production speed.

We would like to introduce the "Corson Alloy" that we handle. It is a copper alloy with nickel (Ni) and silicon (Si) as the main secondary components. It features high strength, high thermal conductivity, and high electrical conductivity. Additionally, it can be annealed (a change in properties due to heat) at higher temperatures than phosphor bronze, which means it retains its mechanical properties even at high temperatures (around 700°C). 【Features】 ■ High strength ■ High thermal conductivity ■ High electrical conductivity *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
